Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, our location promises a unique experience, blending Caribbean energy with local authenticity. Just steps away from the crystalline waters of the Caribbean, you'll find yourself immersed in a relaxed and charming atmosphere.
-Pool: Available until 10 PM. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area for safety reasons.
-Late Check-out: If not previously authorized, up to 50% of the nightly rate may be charged.
-Cleaning: The apartment is delivered clean and equipped with essentials for your arrival (bed linens, towels, toilet paper, etc.). If you need additional cleaning during your stay, it must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. This service has an extra cost.
-Vehicle: Only one vehicle per reservation is allowed.
-Security and Access: At check-in, security staff will take a photo of your ID and vehicle license plate. Since this is a private gated community, they may ask again for your name, reservation, and ID upon each entry.
-Water: Tap water is not drinkable.
-Windows: Please, keep windows closed when the air conditioning is on and during rain to avoid condensation or damage. Such damages may result in additional charges.
-House Rules:
No parties or events are allowed.

No smoking inside the apartment.
