House rules

-The pool hours are until 10 PM, and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
-In the event of a late check-out without the host's consent, a fee of up to 50% of the nightly rate may be charged.
-We recommend keeping windows closed to prevent condensation in the air-conditioned apartment. This is also a preventive measure in case of rain. Any damage of this nature may result in an additional charge.
-One vehicle per reservation is allowed for the unit.
-The tap water is not drinkable.
-At the time of check-in, security must take a photo of the ID and license plate of the vehicle if available

El alojamiento estaba tal cual las fotos y siempre estuve en contacto con el anfitrión… me volvería a quedar ahí todo estaba súper cerca Fuimos al parque de xsenses y estaba a tan solo 10 min también Playa esmeralda a 10 min y a la 5ta avenida llegas caminando hay Chedraui,oxxo y restaurantes el centro comercial está a unos cuantos pasos en verdad fue un excelente alojamiento

El alojamiento y área de alberca son muy bonitos, iguales que en las fotos. Lo mejor fue la atención del host, amable y respuestas rápidas. Sí recomiendo hospedarse aquí.

Très bien ! L’appartement était super ! Le rapport qualité prix est la ! L’hôte est aux petits soins et super réactif ! La résidence se situe dans un petit quartier sécurisée La piscine est agréable ( 2/3 bains de soleil supplémentaires seraient top) Le seul bémol est qu’il y a une construction à 10 mètres de la résidence est donc beaucoup de bruits de travaux en journée ( nous étions peu présent en journée cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça) mais ce n’étais pas mentionné dans l’annonce. À part cela rien à dire ! Nous avons réservé au dernier moment le jour même et l’hôte a été très très disponible et surtout flexible ! Encore merci à vous pour la qualité de l’accueil ! Le logement est également très bien situé vous pouvez tout faire à pied pratiquement (plages resto 5eme avenue etc)

l'emplacement est bien. la guérite est un peu discrète. le logement est beau, la cuisine est au goût du jour, mais manque des coupes de vin, ustensiles de cuisson. Rien de dramatique. Seul les draps n'étaient pas complètement impeccable. Si j'aurais demandé de changer les draps plutôt dans la journée, l'hôte aurait sûrement procédé aux changements. proactif. Très bien pour le prix et l'emplacement. Je recommande

I would recommend this apartment for multiple reasons. It is in the center of Playa Del Carmen however tucked away where you don't hear all the noise. Walkable. Prime location. Very clean, neat and modern apartment and building. Very beautiful pool and rooftop. I came in on a night flight and jumping into the King bed was like sleeping at the Marriott. The apartment has everything you need. The host was friendly, extremely responsive and check-in was easy. Internet was great for those who may be working from home. Recommend.
