-The pool hours are until 10 PM, and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
-In the event of a late check-out without the host's consent, a fee of up to 50% of the nightly rate may be charged.
-We recommend keeping windows closed to prevent condensation in the air-conditioned apartment. This is also a preventive measure in case of rain. Any damage of this nature may result in an additional charge.
-One vehicle per reservation is allowed for the unit.

March 2024Overall this was perfect for our 3 day stay in Playa del Carmen. Walking distance to the main Avenue and beach but just far enough from all the buzz. The apartment felt safe and exactly as described.

January 2024The place was clean and well maintained. Looked fairly new and was spacious enough for 4 of us, one couple and two adult children. The host was very proactive with communication from 24 hrs before stay started until we checked out. Our stay at the place was very short (only last 2 nights of a week-long in PDC), but it was a good price. We did not go in the pool because of the brevity of our stay, but we did check it out, and it was as shown in the pictures. There also was an extra roof top platform, even higher than the pool, with a great 360 view of the town. There are no chairs up there, but it's nice for an unobstructed view. We had a brief interaction with Mari (sp?), who seems to help with towels and supplies in the building. She was very friendly and swapped some wet towels for us. The place is inside a gated local neighborhood, so neighbors are locals. There was a dog that would bark but it felt more as an extra security than a non stop barker. Would come back.

January 2024The host was very responsive. The apartment felt fresh & clean. There were staff cleaning the lobby on a regular basis, & they were very friendly & helpful, as were the security staff at gate of complex. Host left some drinking water for arrival. Plenty of storage. AC/fan/heating units worked well. Good linens & pillows inc. bedding for sofa-bed & large, soft bath towels. + towels at the pool, which is gorgeous, not heated. Decent wifi. Location is quite good. Always felt safe. Far enough from 5th Ave so you can’t really hear it, but only about 7 minute walk to there. Max 25-minute walk to any tourist areas. Grocery 5 mins west or 8 mins east. Cleaners found a personal item we left behind, & reported it to us right away. Couple of issues: Plumbing & drainage problems which we only reported to host on last day. They said they would have sent someone to take a look at it earlier if they’d known. Overall very happy, recommend the apartment & host.

December 2023Muy recomendado, el apartamento esta completamente nuevo y en perfectas condiciones, las instalaciones son muy bonitas. El sitio es muy tranquilo y privado, a 5-10 minutos caminando de varios restaurantes y del principio de 5ta avenida, pero alejado de los bares y de la playa. El host muy atento y responde muy rápido.
