House rules

-The pool hours are until 10 PM, and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
-In the event of a late check-out without the host's consent, a fee of up to 50% of the nightly rate may be charged.
-We recommend keeping windows closed to prevent condensation in the air-conditioned apartment. This is also a preventive measure in case of rain. Any damage of this nature may result in an additional charge.
-One vehicle per reservation is allowed for the unit.
-The tap water is not drinkable.
-At the time of check-in, security must take a photo of the ID and license plate of the vehicle if available

The apartment is in the perfect location, walking distance to the beaches, Fifth Avenue and lots of restaurants. The place was really clean, comfortable, well equipped for cooking and great WIFI. The roof top pool is lovely with amazing views and even a great place to chill on an evening. Love the accommodation, highly recommended!

Spacious and quiet for the most part. Aesthetically pleasing and the kitchen was very very nice. I loved the tub but never got to use it. I will do so on my next visit. The air blows so cool and I loved that. You only need 1 air conditioner in to cool the whole place. There are many great restaurants in walking distance. I loved that this was a gated community. Everyone was friendly. I felt safe even late at night. The host responds quickly. If you need to work from home, there is an outlet on the roof where the pool is and a space to work. Roof top pool was nice. Will stay again.

La rampa de acceso al estacionamiento de los departamentos tiene una pendiente pronunciada y hay que tener cuidado al ingresar con el vehículo porque se talla la parte frontal, necesidad de un espejo en el departamento.

The location is prime! We really enjoyed staying here and thought the building and unit were really nice. The only thing is that the living room windows need shades because it was super bright at night and difficult to sleep on the pullout bed. Other than that it was great!

Apartment was all clean and equipped with everything you need to cook and spend a lovely vacation. Also close to the 5th avenue but extremely quite as it’s far enough to avoid clubs loud music. Nice rooftop pool to cool off from sunny days. Close to the beach as well. Only needed a laundry but their was a laundry down the street so it wasn’t a problem. Host was amazing definitely will be coming back. Overall I recommend to spend ur vacation here at Boutique apartments!
