House rules

-The pool hours are until 10 PM, and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
-In the event of a late check-out without the host's consent, a fee of up to 50% of the nightly rate may be charged.
-We recommend keeping windows closed to prevent condensation in the air-conditioned apartment. This is also a preventive measure in case of rain. Any damage of this nature may result in an additional charge.
-One vehicle per reservation is allowed for the unit.
-The tap water is not drinkable.
-At the time of check-in, security must take a photo of the ID and license plate of the vehicle if available

This apartment was as pictured. Nice quality and detail inside, big bathroom, king-sized comfortable bed. The building was overall nice and quiet for the most part. My only complaint was that this unit is ground floor with the front door directly next to the elevator, and there is hardly any natural light. The windows have a gray film on them, it feels like you are in a basement. As someone that works from home, that was tough for me and I found myself leaving the unit for most of hours of daylight. Because of that I didn't feel like it was worth the price.

Durante nuestro viaje fue el mejor alojamiento en el que nos quedamos, super limpio y ordenado. El departamento esta grande y se ve mejor que en las fotos, la zona es muy tranquila para descansar y cerca de la quinta avenida. La respuesta fue rápida y amable; sus instalaciones están en excelente condición y nos encanto la alberca, muy limpia y templada. Sin duda espero regresar aquí. :)

El departamento es muy cómodo a 3 calles de la quinta avenida, fueron muy flexibles con el horario de Check in, la cama es muy cómoda. La cocina está equipada para lo necesario. Lo recomiendo mucho

A beautiful apartment just like the photos. We walked to restaurants even though we had a car. We parked on the street as the underground parkade high centered our car due to the steep incline going into the parkade. Nice big king size bed.
